Unsure if you want to venture to the gym to attend an in-person class full of people?   Try a class online in the comfort of your house!  It’s the ideal way to stay healthy, keep your immune sytem fired up, and experience the benefits of Pilates.  All you need is an internet connection and the Zoom App.

A perfect way to start your day is to roll away the knots and stretch tight mucles.  I’ll show you how to use your foam roller to stretch and mobilize your spine.

A perfect beginner level class to increase your balance,  cardio and strength using the stability ball.  All leves welcome.

Balanced Pilates Mat

The Pilates Mat work form the base for the Pilates method.  A class will incude a series of excercises designed to build strength, tability and flexibility.

My Story!

I have been a certified personal trainer since 2001 and during that time I spend most of my fitness career helping people over the age of 40 start their fitness journey.  A few years into my career I decided to go back to school for massage therapy then came Pilates.

I love a long bike ride, a good book and a craft beer.

I spend most days at the office helping people get out of pain with Thai Massage.  When I’m not doing that, I film YouTube fit tips and Teach Pilates Classes.  Telling people about fitness is a passion of mine and I want to share that with YOU.


How Do I Sign Up?

Sign up for online group classes using the Noterro Scheduler.  You pick the class and a waiver form will be email to you.

Are The Classes Recorded?

Yes, by attending a virtual class you agree to be recorded.

What If I can make it to class?

A recording will be availabe for 5 days after the class.  The link will be sent to your inbox so you can view it when you have time.

What Props Will You Need?

Most classes use a basic mat, magic circle, dumbbells and stability ball.

How To Set Up Your Camera?

You should set up your camera so the teacher has a full view of the mat. I recommend setting the laptop on some books so it is angled down.

How Long Are The Classes?

Classes range from 30 minutes to 55 minutes.
