Pilates 5 Day Challenge
In today’s workout, I will focus on posture. As we spend hours on our computers and phones throughout the day, our posture is negelected and often the root cause of aches, pains, and tension that could be avoided by changing your fitness routine.
Along comes Pilates. Pilates can help you develop and use core strength by allowing you to lengthen your spine, move better, improve your balance and posture. While Pilates can help you lose weight, I suggest adding other forms of strength training into the mix to make a balance workout program.
