Low Back Pain Prevention Workout

The COVID-19 pandemic has caused most Americans to work from home due to the state mandates in an effort to slow the viral spread. Due to a change in lifestyle that forced most people to decrease physical activity because they were unable to access a gym, low back pain (LBP) is on the rise.

I have developed a simple no equipment needed workout that includes stretching and simple exercises anyone can do.  Now this workout was not designed for people with herniated discs or scoliosis.  It is meant to help general low back pain associated with sitting at a home work station.
