Deep Tissue massage uses an array of techniques including myofasical, trigger point and neuromuscular. Focused on treating chronic pain, postural dysfunction and muscle aches.
Deep tissue massage focuses on accessing the deep layers of the body’s muscle and fascia through a combination of compression and working at a slower pace to access the underlying tissue. Deep Tissue does not necessarily mean using so much pressure that it hurts. This style of massage is used to break up the scar tissue and knots that can cause pain and decreased circulation. The primary benefits are to reduce pain, increase mobility, and improve athletic performance.
Cupping therapy is a safe non-invasive treatment that utilizes negative pressure (suction) rather than compression of the skin and muscle tissue. This aids in pain reduction, muscle strains, inflammation, and chronic conditions. The cupping action stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system, resulting in a deeper, more relaxed state felt throughout the entire body. Cupping Therapy can be added for an additional fee.

Thai Massage uses a combination of deep pressure, acupressure, passive stretching and compression to restore balance to the body. You will leave feeling energized!
It blends different styles of passive stretching, joint mobilization, myofascial techniques, and compression. The primary goal is to separate the different layers of fascia and muscle to leave you feeling more open and rejuvenated. I studied traditional Thai massage and put my own spin on this ancient art form.
Thai massage is well suited to clients with chronic pain from sports injuries, post-surgical clients, and expectant mothers.
