2 cups carrots
- 1 1/2 c of water or coconut water
- 1 banannas
- 1c pineapple fresh or frozen
- 1/2 tsp of fresh graded ginger root
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 carrot juice or 2 whole carrots.
- 1 tbsp lemon juice or 1 lemon juiced
- 1 cup milk ( almond, soy or goats milk) what ever you have on hand.
